The Arts We Give website will allow internet users an opportunity to
donate art supplies to arts programs in need around the world. Donators can
either shop for supplies online or donate funds which will be used to fill the
wish lists of programs in need.
TAWN will also connect with small and large
businesses that manufacture and sell materials which can be used as
donated arts materials. This will help to distribute and recycle materials
that would otherwise be discarded.

| The Arts in Therapy Network (AiTn) Back to top |
 |
The AiTn provides an international online community forum for creative
arts therapists. AiT also provides education to the internet public on the
philosophy of creative arts therapy as well as responds to emails from
around the globe from people interested in creative arts therapy,
education and connecting with people who are interested in the healing arts.
AiTn currently provides up-to-date information on the definitions of
creative arts therapy disciplines, workshops and events, job opportunities,
referral and supervision listings and useful internet resources. A weekly
AiTemailer is sent out to AiTn members listing job opportunities, member requests,
announcements and whatever else is needed to keep creative arts
therapists informed and connected to their profession.
The AiTn has existed for the past 6 years and currently supports 1,800 members. TAWN would like to
continue expanding this important resource with additional information
and the start of on-line and in person events to assist creative arts
therapists in advancing their professional skills and provide guidance to creative
arts therapists who seek to establish their own creative arts therapy
programs.
